SOLUTION Collaborative robotic installation with adaptive speed per area. Although to maintain the cycle time the robot works at the required speed, the installation has been equipped with field scanners that will slow it down if the operator approaches the collaborative work area. The collaborative robot has an electric gripper system with force control and can be parameterized for all shock absorber models. Improved Ergonomics and health: the loading of the shock absorbers in cradles prior to the collaborative robot, and the work of the same, reduce operator displacements.

REQUIREMENT. Upgrade of existing shock absorber line, to adapt production to new models, while improving cycle times and increasing operator safety, through the incorporation of a collaborative robot.

Falcon Autonester

SOLUCIÓN Nester machine that stacks the pancakes, once they come out of the fryer, by means of a two-axis robot spider, for their subsequent packaging. Previously they go through an artificial vision system composed of four cameras that inspect the shape and quality of the pancakes, rejecting those that are not valid. - Quick change tooling for the artificial vision cameras at the time of cleaning. - - Oil collection system that reduces costs and waste. - Dual-axis spider-robot system combined with servo-controlled side stacking and IP69K protection for guaranteed water cleanability. - Vision controls ensure product position and quality prior to packaging.

REQUIREMENT Machine developed for stacking and packaging automation of corn pancakes.

Waxing application line

SOLUTION Evaluation, design and production of the corresponding modifications, including the following processes: Pad bonding, Application of waxing, Automatic labeling, Adapted to the new bumper models and improving the existing cycle times.

REQUIREMENT Adaptation of the waxing cell to adapt it to the geometries of the new Mercedes E Class bumper model introduced.

Resistance and MIG/MAG welding lines

SOLUTION Design, manufacture and installation of two new robotized lines with resistance and MIG/MAG welding systems, with mastic application posts.

The installation occupies an area of 1100 m2 and has 40 robots.

REQUIREMENT New production lines of bodywork subassemblies for vehicles, due to the incorporation of electric models to the manufacturing process.

Bumper assembly line

SOLUTION Double punching and welding system that allows to shorten the cycle time of the machine, assembling sensors and logo at the same time, without losing the precision and the correct centering of the elements.

REQUIREMENT Installation developed for the punching and welding by US of APS and PLA sensors, and the punching and welding of the vehicle logo on the bumper.
